Returns and refunds

We want you to love your ButtaNutt. Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns of opened or used jars.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email info@buttanutt.com as soon as you can after it arrives. Please include your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Orders placed on Amazon are handled by Amazon, so please contact Amazon about those.
